1, the compressor can not start

Reason：

(1) drive failure;

(2) start disk switch failure;

(3) hydraulic start switch fault;

(4) control panel failure;

(5) the cylinder pressure is too high;

(6) lock up device.

Exclude：

(1) check whether the driver is faulty, readjust the power;

(2) check circuit;

(3) check the oil pressure, adjust or replace the switch;

(4) check the connection and setting of the control panel;

(5) adjust the cylinder pressure to normal;

(6) check whether the starting device is locked or not.

2, low oil pressure

Reason：

(1) pump cavitation;

(2) the rotating part tapping the oil surface to form foam;

(3) low temperature;

(4) dirty oil filter;

(5) leakage of oil from the body;

(6) excessive leakage of main bearing;

(7) the pressure setting of the pressure regulating valve is low;

(8) failure of oil pressure gauge;

(9) the failure of oil pressure regulating valve;

(10) oil tank inlet.

Exclude：

(1) repair or replace worn oil pump;

(2) reduce the oil level in the oil sump;

(3) use crankcase heater or use Gegage;

(4) clean the oil filter or replace the filter element;

(5) check the oil circuit;

(6) adjusting main bearing clearance;

(7) reset the pressure of the pressure regulating valve;

(8) replace the oil pressure gauge;

(9) to adjust, repair or replace the oil pressure regulating valve;

(10) cleaning oil tank inlet pipe.

3, crankshaft box abnormal sound

Reason：

(1) cross pin, cross pin lid loose;

(2) wear and loosening of the main spindle, crosshead slider and connecting rod;

(3) low oil pressure;

(4) low temperature;

(5) oil is not correct;

(6) cylinder ring.

Exclude：

(1) check the crosshead pin, crosshead pin cap loose, fastening loose parts;

(2) check the main bearing, crosshead tile and crosshead bearing clearance, to see if worn or loose, tighten or replacement parts;

(3) check whether the oil pressure is low and whether there is leakage, increase the oil pressure, maintain the leakage;

(4) check whether the oil temperature is too low, before loading to enhance oil temperature, reduce oil thermostat cooling water flow;

(5) check the oil is correct, replace the incorrect oil;

(6) check whether the piston nut is loosened and tightened.

4, the crankshaft oil seal leakage

Reason：

(1) incorrect installation of oil seal;

(2) oil drain plug.

Exclude：

(1) to re install the oil seal according to the maintenance standard;

(2) clean the oil seal drain hole to clear the blockage.

5, high row temperature

Reason：

(1) intake valve leakage;

(2) leakage of exhaust valve or piston ring;

(3) the intake temperature is high;

(4) the water jacket water plugging;

(5) cylinder oil is not qualified or flow is insufficient.

Exclude：

(1) repair or replacement of the intake valve or piston ring;

(2) repair or replace intake valve or piston ring;

(3) cleaning air cooler;

(4) cleaning of cylinder jacket;

(5) the use of qualified lubricants and correct flow.
